Privacy overview

This development overview describes the implementation currently being tested. Approved client privacy and processor terms are required before public production use.

The public demo

The sample room uses a fictional adult, a synthetic product and pre-written responses. It does not accept photo uploads, measurements or personal information, call a live AI provider or deduct credits. No advertising analytics or tracking pixels are included.

The development-store widget

Photo and measurement tools require consent and an adult declaration. Inputs and results use private authenticated access. Shopper access normally expires after one hour; stored media has a seven-day default expiry. Merchants can choose one to fifteen days for new sessions. Existing deletion dates are not extended. Deleting a session revokes access and schedules physical cleanup. Backup erasure is handled separately.

Merchant accounts

Portal accounts use email, a display name and a password hash. Invitations expire after seven days. Operational records include store IDs, credit transactions, request outcomes and administrative audit events. Support diagnostics exclude credentials, photos and measurements.

AI processing and hosting

The development deployment runs on DigitalOcean with Shopify test billing. Authorised test-store requests can use Google Gemini; the public sample demo always uses fixed assets. Provider terms, client ownership, production retention and privacy-request procedures remain launch requirements.
